“做一个实实在在的教师,实实在在地教书育人”,这是我从教以来一直坚持并做到的。
能把“如何打造英语高效课堂,真正高效率教学”落到实处,是我近几年来教学工作中的亮点。具体表现为:1.精心备课,明确教(学)目标,落实目标;2.实施快节奏,大容量的教学课堂模式;3.关注全体学生,人人有机会参与课堂。

课后反思:
今天我要讲的是一节复习课,复习内容很多,如何在一节课内完成复习任务,我在以下几个方面做了安排并得到了实施:
1.优化了课堂教学目标和要求;2.优化了课堂教学内容;3.优化了课堂教学过程。具体步骤如下:
一.依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况,确定课堂的三维教学目标。教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合,这就需要在教学的过程中对教学目标做出适时调整,最大限度地面向全体学生。本节课结合导学案引领学生一步步完成复习任务。
二.教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。所以教师要采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性,引导学生积极思维,给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示,使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。所以,尽管是复习课,我仍设计了两人小组合作环节和任务,来加强学生的合作机会。
三.教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、消解,以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果,使三维教学目标的达成度更高。比如在复习导学环节,学生可以通过解决导学案中不同类型的问题来做到自学和领悟,教师要给予适当的指点和指导。
虽然在课前做了大量的工作和准备,但是在实际教学中仍能反映出一些教学弱点和不足:首先,实现了人人参与了课堂,却忽视了对优等生的拔高;其次,启发学生生成问题较少,学生的发散思维受限;第三,针对六年级学生特点,课堂气氛还有待更加活跃 |
